Every time I watch the blues Scandella looks like he belongs in the ECHL

Well Scandella is out for the year so no point in trading him because he is on LITR. He's actually providing us with much needed cap space. As for the rest of your offer it's not enough for Tarasenko retained and taking on Josh Bailey

yeah, I'm sure the Blues are gonna retain $2M and give up Tarasenko while eating $5M of Josh Bailey this year and next, and lighting $250K on fire for a guy playing in France.

Yeah - they loaned him out to Lausanne in the French leagues instead playing in Bridgeport. His contract still affects their cap until it expires this summer.
