Lol thanks for making me laugh. This shows you know nothing about STL, they don’t rebuild. Not in 50+ years have they, they retool at most

They also haven't lost 8 straight in 50 years.... You can call it a retool if that makes you happy. With all those NTCs, it's going to be a long 'retool'...

You need to pay for dumping Zaitsev. No where in your offer is there compensation for doing this. Zaitsev just went on waivers for free and no team claimed him. He has negative value. Senators should be thankful that the blues could take Zaitsev
