For all that you have us giving up,
Horvat better come with an extension

Roy is an interesting idea of the Kings will let him go

Are the Kings looking to move Roy?
Could be an interesting idea

Not sure, I remember Daren Dreger saying that trading partners for Buffalo could be LA, CAR, or WPG for D

I don't like the idea of trading for a pending UFA entering his late 20s who will need a new long term big money contract. We arent there yet.

I like the idea of trading for garland however.

If without Garland, then it would be an overpayment.

With Garland and a Horvat extension it isn't enough.

Well I disagree, it's a decent package. One Horvat without extension will probably cost 1st + prospect. With extension plus another part.

They're each worth a 1st and a prospect, seems a bit light imo, Mittetstadt won't have much value really.

Why? He's still young, has top 6 C potential. Garland is good, but he's not a center.

While you can get Garland and Mittelstadt out of the deal if you don't think it's fair, I don't care.

If LA we’re to trade a defenseman, Walker would be the most likely to be available. Durzi and Spence might also be possibilities but they come at a higher price. Roy isn’t available, and even if he was, a second round pick wouldn’t be enough to get LA to make that trade.

Idk, maybe get some Canuck fans to weigh in.

If Garland and Mitts were dropped yeah its probably fine then.

Sean Durzi for Mattias Samuelsson has some appeal. Sean Walker for Jacob Bryson also isn't beyond the realm of possibility. But because we have one of the five best prospect pools in the league, we're not really interested in acquiring draft picks -- even high ones -- and we certainly aren't interested in trading Matt Roy.

Seriously what would Garland and Horvat be worth on their own? I'd wager a 1st and a decent prospect.
