Description
Foegele is a good player and we take him for defense and to have a good energy line. Edmonton doesn't have too much cap space nor do the leafs but Wayne can do the same job as Foegele. Robertson plays half of the season and will be constantly swapped with Malgin and Foegele.

Foegele has 2 goals and 1 assists in 15 games
Wayne Train has 1 assists in 4 games. They will produce around the same numbers.

If Foegele does better which he probably will we will ad a third and take away the 6th involved in the Foegele trade.

Oilers pass probably, and Leafs' front office isn't going to trade Holl for Schenn.

If a third party is retaining on foegele so be it but oilers can't.

And they shouldn't, Schenn is not as good as Holl and as soon as the first game, the "fire Holl into the Sun crowd" will turn into the "Fire Schenn into the Sun Crowd"

It's like they think every Dman who is getting paid 900k is on a team friendly deal like Giordano, but no that's literally what their paygrade is, and some of them can play above their paygrade at times, especially those who used to be a top 4 D. I don't mind that people think Holl is a top 6 D, who is played like a top 4 (now playing top 2 minutes), but that crowd think that a top 6 or 7th D can play the roll that he's playing at this time.

But Schenn is leading in hits! Also he's one of the slowest players in the league and was sent to the minors by Anaheim 3 seasons ago, then again in Vancouver before being traded to Tampa where he was also sent to the minors for a while. But he's playing 16 minutes a night on a really bad team with the worst PK in the league. Yeah way better than Holl
