How Calgary does 3 on 3 is how the Leafs should do it. As the commitment to defense is pretty clear while also trying for scoring chances

The issue is who you get to replace

As the 2 best guys out either should not be in the NHL or want to coach an original 6 team

So that leaves Claude Julien, Travis Green, Domonic Ducharme, Alain Vigneault, Rick Tocchet, Mike Babcock

Rick Tocchet might be off the list as apparently Van is looking at him to potentially replace Bruce
