oh ok. i think i get it.
probably misunderstood your +/- point initially

Yeah was never going by standings I just was finding it funny how u look at the Pacific only the two expansion teams have positive goal differential, everyone else is kind of where u expect. Blues and Carolina being the only weird outlier

when the Canucks trade Horvat, they should add Aidan McDonough rights as a sweetener because he is clearly not signing with them. kinda like when the Flames added Fox's rights in the Hamilton trade

Glad to see I’m not the only one who thought CBJ would improve ( and be healthy )

I was really high on them. Unfortunately Injuries have been awful, and Gubranson got way worse than he should've. If they get a Top 5 Pick and there gonna be so stacked

Love his game. Plays with grit/toughness and can shoot the puck from in tight.

Hopefully will be on Devils list.

I was being sarcastic - the Toews trade was awful but Trotz wanted him traded. The Andy Greene trade worked out great for the isles, Greene replaced Boychuk and played like a #3 D for the isles in the playoffs , they wouldn't have made the ECF without him. At the time of the trade it looked like an overpay , but it was a good trade for the isles. Ladd trade was a bit of an overpay, not excessive

Romanov trade has been good for the isles.

@Devil @NHLfan10506, is Shakir Mukhamadullin a trade asset? was just wondering because with your guys defense being so good already and with the Hughes-Nemec pairing on the way it doesn't seem (to me at least) that u guys really need Mukhamadullin.

Podkolzin to Abbotsford. Honestly a very good move. He was rushed into the NHL. Better him develop his game playing first line minutes +PP1 time

Certainly could be.
He is expected to return to NA after KHL season, which ends earlier than ours.
He will probably play a few games in Utica in 2022-23 (and a probably year there in 2023-24 unless he makes team)

My guess is that Fitzgerald will want to see him in AHL before doing anything with him.
Muk fits the type of dman he likes (long, mobile, aggressive)

If Colorado decides not to go get Horvat a team who could be an interesting trade partner for Colorado is Montreal

Colorado needs a 2c. Rodrigues is hurt and even when he was there he was not an adequate replacement for Kadri

I got a feeling they will be 2c shopping and whether its now or the TDL Horvat will probs be a target and he would make them an even bigger cup favourite
