Of course. Anyone who wants Tarasenko with max retention will begin their offer with a 23 1st or equivalent young player/prospect. Then they will add something the Blues actually have interest in. Yamamoto and Tullio hold no interest. And that's all dependent on the Blues selling, which is not in the foreseeable future.
