Long-term track record says otherwise. None of those four guys can play 20 minutes of ice time in a game without getting chewed up, where as Myers can. He doesn't excel in those minutes, don't get me wrong, but he is never a definitive liability in them either. Everyone judges Myers harshly without actually watching him closely just because when he does make an occasional mistake, it's always louder than when other defenders do the same due to his height.
