Kapanen would be decent, but we need a top six forward not a middle six forward

I think kapanen could fill the need for now. Keep in mind that this is only a temporary solution and he likely becomes a bottom 6 player when healthy. Just needs to be someone who can keep up with the top line. Gagner is fine in that spot, but we also need depth scoring so getting another guy to fill that role would be better.

I think a bigger add will be at the tdl. Maybe someone like Toews or someone from the back end.

If Hextall bends on adding sweetener to take our players then he should jump all over this.
