Yeah but how are the Leafs signing Pasta when they're trading for Meier? Or are they getting both? Plus Horvat and Karlsson are coming too.

Pasta is getting more than $9,000,000 per, try more like 7 x $10,500,000 to 7 years $11,500,000 minimally he wants close to Panarin money.

I don't think the leafs need another forward making north of 9 M.

well obviously everyone's gonna retain and then 3rd parties will double retain on that, silly. NHL 101 is everyone wants to help the Leafs!
