This team is bad enough as is, I'm sure they'll trade away rental pieces, but they won't need to do much to tank.

I'm wondering how their play is affecting the sale of the team, because anybody who knows hockey knows restructuring an entire D core (Outside of Chabot and Sanderson), is a tall task in a single offseason. When has a team ever added 4 NHL caliber defenseman in one offseason? That's what Ottawa needs this offseason.

Just to add, at least Dorion has "allowed" DeBrincat to have a poor season by his standards which will lower his cap in an arbitration summer.

I'm honestly surprised Dorion isn't getting more heat in the media. All the forwards with long term extensions tying up cap, meanwhile Chabot is left on an island... A very unbalanced financial situation if you ask me.
