Jets shouldn't have interest in how bad Klingberg has been and he's the last thing we need: overpaying for a guy that is not a direct need (right shot only thing that helps in his case) for him to leave after a year and him not putting us over the top if you get a first you're lucky or the other team is desperate

That should be enough for Klingberg though Ducks fans will say otherwise.

Wouldn't bother with the Edmonton trade, the Jets need Dillon.

If they could get Domi that cheap they should do it but I won't be surprised if the Hawks can get a 2nd for him.

The Jets should not be parting with their 1st round pick, they just aren't good enough to be wasting 1sts on.

It's not about total value, it's about how that value is allocated into pieces. The pick isn't good enough and that lost value was shifted to two prospects. We want a 2023 1st and one decent prospect where Chibrikov would do it for me. The Jets can keep Heinola... the Ducks have plenty of left shot defense prospects that project similarly to him or better.

Klingberg gives me MASSIVE buyer-beware energy. Also the Jets haven't convinced me they're legit, so parting with not one but two B+ prospects and a 2nd for a rental is a bad use of assets.
Let someone else overpay for klingberg

Hard pass on Klingberg IMO. I dont think the jets should be using any of their assets on a rental like him, especially at that cap hit
Dont really like the EDM deal...dont really know what to expect from Jesse P any more
I love the Domi deal for the jets. Imagine the material the media can come up with?? Max following in his dads footprints...becomes a fan favorite and gets to play in the top 6

starts with a first cause of the retention, not cause of his play
