why do people keep wanting to trade Murray, he has better stats than Varlamov and he plays behind some of the best D in the league, Samsonov has almost the same stats. why trade 2 goalies doing just as well for one who probably wont perform as well.

And why is Varly waiving his NTC? He loves being an Islander and the Isles are playoff contenders. He's also close with Sorokin. It's nice to have a good backup in Varly in case Sorokin gets injured. That 1st round pick is too far away. The Isles aren't sellers. They have 1 less point than Toronto does. Isles will need Varly to play more after the All star break when teams are playing 4 games a week to keep Sorokin fresh for the playoffs.

Why are trading two goalies who have been studs thus far, and giving up a first for Varlamov?

Also, why give Arizona assets to take Muzzin when he's likely going to spend the rest of his career on Robidas Island?

And that Hinostroza deal is an atrocity.

Maybe the Coyotes want to add to their number of former hockey legends Datsyuk, Hossa and Pronger?

Lolololol
Murray was your guys dumb mistake, we aren’t gonna let you off the hook

We were only gonna take him bc Ottawa was giving a 1st for us to take him

Absolutely ZERO chance the Sabres would do that crap deal
Keep your garbage

No interest in Engvall either
Your 5th has ZERO value
And your late 2nd doesn’t have much value at all either

This trade is pretty brutal

Murray has actually been a stud in Toronto, looks like he's returned to form, assuming he can stay healthy.

Trust, Toronto would be stupid to make such a proposal.

It’s been 5 games
After how he’s played the last 3 years,
I simply don’t trust it
