I think these aren’t enough. Broberg doesn’t look like he’ll live up to the potential, so that’s not enough for chychrun imo. I don’t see San Jose trading Meier this season. If they did it would be for a lot more

Chychrun and Meier? I don't think your Mom's love reality.

Why not? Florida made a big splash last deadline sending out a similar amount of assets presented in this hypothetical. Yes this does show more then what Florida had done but who says you can’t go a little bigger? Obviously intended to be wishful thinking but definitely not impossible.

You're not giving up fair value to get either one of these players. You're living in total fantasy land. Quantity over quality.

Broberg is absolutely lighting it up in the AHL and along with a one year gamble on Pulju and a first th at is definitely a good package. On top of that to hope to dump Foegle for a third isn’t impossible if a trade is already going down. The Timo Meier one is a little unrealistic but if I were to swap Lavoie out for either Sheifer or Bourgault then it isn’t bad at all. High level prospect plus a previous first round pick and 20 goal scorer having a slow start to the year plus a first and a fourth on top bc why not for one year of Meier is definitely not unthinkable

I mean he’s been lightning up the AHL this year and they’d also be getting Puljuarvi on a one year gamble and a first plus a third for the Foegle dump.

San Jose said they’re opening to listening to offer on everyone except Hertl and Meier is on his last year of his contract so who knows maybe he does get dealt late this year for the right package? I definitely think looking back we’d have to swap out Lavoie for a better prospect like Bourgault or Shiefer but I don’t think it’s impossible to get him for a similar package to that, maybe a little more.

Pulju is 24 and quickly moving into Bust territory. 36 pt career high on a team with Mcdavid and Drai. yes EDM should trade him quickly. Every day they wait decreases his value.
