As a Ducks fan I’m intrigued. Personally I think I would do it, but I’m also weary about losing Comtois

I don’t think there’s any way Patty does this

2 guys whole play the physical brand he is bringing in for an undersized dman and a forward who’s already 27 doesn’t seem to fit the bill

I'm with my esteemed friend @GeneralLandro: even if you assume that Olofsson > Comtois and Benoit > Bryson, what's the point of exchanging a LW and a LD for a LW and a LD? Especially when our primary weakness is defense.

Sabres already have 10 players like Rosen...need to move grade A or B prospects in order to obtain talent.

First off, i disagree that we have 10 players like Rosen
He’s a dynamic skater & will be the best on the Sabres once he gets here. Also, he’ll be one of our best playmakers.

And of course i understand that we’d have to “give to get”
but I’d suggest trading another prospect
