I'd much much rather have Brannstrom, Joseph and a 2nd than Garland

In fact, when you consider Joseph 2.95 AAV vs Garland 4.95 AAV (both have 3 years left after the season), it's not even close

So while Ottawa gets rid of Zaitsev 4.5 AAV next season, adding OEL's $7,260,000 AAV for 4 years is FAR from ideal... he has regressed a lot

Ottawa will buyout Zaitsev and keep the 3 assets

Not sure why you thought Ottawa would ever consider this move

Although Miller would be tempting and he is an Ohio boy, Boone is a no fly zone ...he's the heart of the team and produces in any position he's put.
