After Monahan, the rest of these are just nuts.

Habs fans need to start to understand the Avs aren't a good fit when it comes to Monahan.

OTT has no interest in either of those players and neither are worth Pinto jocks strap yet alone the player himself ott declines

Habs will need to retain on Josh Anderson to move that contract.

I don’t know how it’ll happen but Habs will get a 3rd first round pick in 2023. Kent has made it clear that he wants a third pick in the first round. Again, not sure how quite yet, but I don’t think he will settle for not getting one.

If Monahan keeps it up and has 50 points in 60 games at deadline, could get a 1st with 50% retention.
Maybe it’s Edmundson with 50 % retained
Im skeptical about the value that Anderson holds but if what Kent is saying is accurate, maybe he’s the 1sts.

Im not saying all three are going to be firsts but I think Kent will find a way to get a first somehow from those 3.

Drouin. Dadonov are worth less even with retention. Future considerations at best imo

Why are Habs fans so wildly delusional about Anderson? His one and only helpful trait is his size, hes garbage everywhere else. He averages about .5 pts/g and gets caved in regularly. His CF% and GF% are regularly both below 45% and he's being paid an outrageous sum of money. You simply cannot have that contract on a contending team, at least 2 mil is wasted, Probably 3. Under no circumstances are you getting an A level prospect potentially capable of 30+ goals a season AND a pick for a guy who barely surpasses that goal total in points. There is no logic there whatsoever

I seriously don't see what the Habs have that would interest Ottawa in trading Pinto to them...

Suzuki and Caufield are great but we have several young top-6 centers/wingers under long-term contract already. Same for Dach

Ghule is interesting but I have no idea if he'll be good on RD as the Sens only need RD. Chabot and Sanderson could basically play the 60 minutes on LD lol

Slaf maybe?

They have several intriguing prospects/picks but no point trading Pinto for "futures"

He's a glorified Colin Greening

Big bodies, great skaters, can score some goals but handling and passing the puck well below NHL average.

As a Habs fan I agree, minus the jock strap. Senators are not moving pinto

I agree. Kent Hughes said yesterday he wants a 3rd first round pick because this draft is deeper than previous years.
