Robertson needs an opportunity to play, not a change of scenery, and in NY, his opportunities are not going to increase. Likewise, Kravtsov wouldn't be set up for success getting sent to Toronto because he won't get too many opportunities. If he doesn't capitalize right away (meaning he doesn't play great), then he probably ends up in the same situation Robertson is.

Lafreniere is not at a change of scenery stage yet either, plus he's a former 1st OV, that package isn't going to cut it for Drury.

Not nearly enough - Lafreniere & Robertson are the same age, so if I'm the Rangers I stick with the higher pedigree a little longer. Abruzzese and one of the picks might work for Kravstov, but I don't think any of these guys are at the "change of scenery" part of their careers yet.

on god bro...laff has actually played pretty well this yr all things considered...and i'd say he is one of the reasons we're better as of late bc he's been able to step up his game(as well as kakko) and play w/ zibby on top line...
