Not nearly enough for both Kane and Toews, that's the minimum that Chicago would be looking for Kane if they can't get better. Throwing in all those guys in the description probably gets it done.

I think you gotta throw in a pair of 1sts to get both Toews & Kane double retained, and probably a couple more prospects/picks in addition to Robertson. It's not Costco - you don't get a discount for shopping in bulk here. You're gonna need to at least come close to the package Chicago would get for each of those guys individually, combined.

Unrealistic to go after both, imo. I think there are better targets, depending on availability (need to see how some teams are situated at TDL). But if it came to it, I think Toews is better option just b/c Kane may not waive for Leafs & cost of acquisition should be more reasonable for Toews. He’d look great as 3C.

For some reason, I imagine trading for both would actually cost more than what their combined returns would be if they each went to different teams, at least if we ignore the potential return roster players that are included for cap reasons. Of course, that's assuming that there is the option to send them to different places.
