I think thats pretty good, it is hard to judge but I take it as point per game winger who can drive play through the neutral zone, isnt great defencively, and is at a cap hit under a mil

I wouldn't do that trade if I was Carolina. Wait to see what his shooting % comes out to after a bigger sample size and then pursue if it's still sustainable

I think this is a little much. This is the first year he has been in the NHL and he as an unsustainable shooting percentage. I'd wait to see this even out. His value is so confusing. I'm not sure what I'd offer, but I wouldn't do this. I don't think it is worth paying the price Vancouver would want

Obviously his shooting% seems unsustainable but if he’s still producing chances his trade value will be sky high as every team will be able to afford him at that cap hit.

The issue is he isn't going to keep producing like that, that is what the unsustainable shooting percentage means. Plus, very few teams will be able to extend him so he could be available as a free agent.

His rapm charts actually show that he is above average defensively
