We'll give you our 2024 first for Gavrikov and your 2024 second, but we won't be throwing in Turcotte.

Gavirkov gets a first alone imo

I know our guys get habitually undervalued, but this is trending too far in the other direction. In particular, since Gavrikov is being offered for a mid-to-late 1st, I don't think we're getting the equivalent of Turcotte for a 2nd.

If he’s 50% retired I can see him getting one

I'd add something going to LA in the first trade because I like Turcotte a lot. The Florida trades are pointless. Toronto declines the third.

Hang on a minute, some basic math:
1/ 16 teams make the playoffs
    2/ Let’s assume 50% of those choose to move a 1st at TDL; that’s 8

I just don’t see how any team (of the 8 that might) would move a 1st for nyquist, especially with this draft class. Good player but not a difference maker.

Even as a CBJ fan I don't see Nyquist getting a first but if someone is gonna offer it we take it and run!
