Come on dude. Extension or not; you can't possibly believe that anyone is going to give up that much for Horvat. We'll just wait until the offseason for him and not give up anything except money.

Switch Kasper with Rasmussen and make Detroit's 2023 1st round pick top 14 protected, And we might think about it.

There's zero percent that you're getting a top premium assets for Bo Horvat, No team is giving up a blue chip prospect for Horvat.

You could move the third to the other side and we still wouldn't trade Matt Roy for Conor Garland. Our position of need is LhD, not RW, and Garland isn't good enough to replace Viktor Arvidsson when VA's contract is up.

I'm surprised a 2023 1st is enough for you for boeser, i think you should also ask for guhle and caufield

Detroit is not trading Marco Kasper for anybody.

If we have interest in Bo, it’ll come in the offseason. Whether he’s available then or not is a risk we’re willing to take.

Way to much for bo. The 3 of the most important assets we have. There is no way we are trading a 1st in this draft. Heck no. Try zadina, Lindstrom, toumisto/ viro and veleno.

No way I'm adding 1.5 AAV next season by making that swap. It would be 100x smarter to just buyout Zaitsev (obviously not Dorion's strength)

And you really have to watch Myers, he is as bad if not worse than Zaitsev. He's slow as molasses both in skating and reaction time. He gets abused in his own zone.

His card confirms my eye test :

What is scary is he has gotten worse since lol

I'm not doing this as Ottawa 100% sure.

Well, then, maybe Myers should be placed on waivers and be on the second pairing in the AHL while Zaitsev plays 20 minutes a night in the NHL.

It all seems to be turned upside down.

Both should not be on their NHL rosters, unless you need a tank commander
