So essentially Tyler Bertuzzi, Filip Zadina & Joe Veleno for Bo Horvat…. I think I do that trade. I’d need an extension in place tho. Otherwise I’d rather get draft picks for all of them instead.

Also, don’t count on Vrana returning this year. I haven’t seen or heard anything about his status and that’s what makes me skeptical of him returning at all this season.

I do think that offer for horvat gets beat. I believe if they are dealing horvat it's to work on rebuilding the d core. Unless the forward prospects are can't miss.

Detroit passes on trade #1 Bertuzzi at 50% retained is worth more than a single 1st round pick.

Vancouver passes on trade #2 Bo Horvat is worth more than Veleno+Zadina and a potential late 1st round pick. Other teams easily beat that offer.

Detroit passes trade #3, Yzerman isn't dealing Pius Suter for a 2nd round pick that's still 3 drafts away.

Bobby Ryan was in the program for 3 months and it helped him because has chosen to talk about it now that he is better.

Yeah I'm still kind of confused over the language of the announcement where they said he was "placed" in the program. I wonder if that was just a poor choice of words or whether that meant it was involuntary which could mean substance abuse. Either way we may never know unless he says something.
