I mean, FFS, even if he hadn't extended already that trade would be egregiously poor for the Jackets. This is like one of us trying to offer a 2025 1st for Matthews with retention and claiming lack of attention when folks react with incredulity. Have at least a little respect for the teams you're trying to steal from.

because it was a very inconsequential part of the post, and I think i made that quite clear in the description of the trade. It doesn't have to be the Jackets, and doesn't have to be this player. I didn't do my homework on Peeke, but its not like I pretended to. Just looking for an extra depth piece, doesn't really matter who. That's not direspectful. It would be if I was pretending I knew it all about Peeke, but I dont and I'm not trying to act like I do.

There's some Sabres fans who would trade olofsson for future considerations. As a Leafs fan, I'm sure you are familiar with whipping boys- right now, it's olofsson, mittelstadt, and Bryson for us (honorable mention to Krebs, pilut, and jokiharju). Olofsson has the most value to me, by like a lot. Be interesting to see what happens if granato keeps lining him up with mittelstadt- mittelstadt needs serious help just to keep from being scored on every shift, unfortunately olofsson isn't the guy that's gonna bail him out. So both of them have Tanking stats just because of deployment. Honestly, olofsson playing with an adult center like Tavares, would put up numbers.
