      washington was offered a 1st and a prospect at the deadline.....minimum to get him would be a 2nd and a prospect and to the flyers you guys would probably be a 1st.....if not it would benefit washington to send him to vegas

      Well aware. It was an offer sheet bud not a trade. Grubauer will be gone by then so it's irrelevant but wanted to see the cap

      I like it. Probably getting a decent enough value for Voracek - that contract would have to go and ARI could afford it. $10M can't really be matched by EDM. Better go get those cups before it's time to sign Provorov/Konecny/Simmer and then Nico/Owen/Schenn eh.

      Simmonds would walk in free agency. Then we'd have to move G when the contract isn't as bad. But yes. This would be about trying to win while everyone is on an ELC like Chicago did ..

      If the Flyers are fortunate to dump Vorechuk (my opinion), they would lots of cap space to sign UFAs or make deals to take money back in trades. Instead of overpaying for Leon and giving up 4 first rounders, use the money that would be spend Leon elsewhere. 10m for Draisaitl, seems to way too much IMO.

      If they did...
      someone would've gotten Kucherov last summer
