USA won gold in the all star roster game. Didn’t even need Matthews, Kane, Guentzel, Connor, Fox, McAvoy or Quinn Hughes.

USA won a one player from each team competition run by the front office in NYC. Of course Bettman’s people favour Americans.

My thoughts on these all star teams:

Atlantic: Don’t have many problems with this team but like you couldn’t fit Matthews?

Metro: Well congrats to Brock Nelson for winning the David Rittch award for being the most random all star of the year.

Central: who the f*ck made this team arguably the worst all star team in nhl history

Pacific: the only person I don’t agree with being here is Petterson other then that it’s good


I’d say Pettersson deserves it. As good as Horvat has been, Pettersson has been the Canucks best player this season. Could definitely argue either way though

Fair enough. Kevin Hayes over Konecny and not picking Kyrou for St Louis were blatantly stupid decisions from the front office.
