It looks pretty good to me. I think CGY adds a bit though.

This indeed would be a contending team next year. Legit D. Good scoring options. However Toronto could get more than that for JVR. Probably a top 4 D in return. Not a B prospect and a failing grinder, would they trade within the division too? Doubt it. Look for the NYI to go for JVR. Also can I ask why are Calgary trading a 2nd for Nash and Khudobin?

ANH Trade - Not sure its enough for Fowler. A lot of other teams would offer a more quality package in a bidding war.

CGY Trade - I don't see that package being worth a 2nd rounder. Dobby was put through waivers last year and went unclaimed, giving him almost no value. Nash I like and think he does more then B's fans give him credit for. He could be a stabilizer on what could be a young bottom 6.

TOR Trade - For the Leafs to trade JVR within the division and to a major rival, it'll take more than an AHL stud, bad contract and a 2nd.

I like the idea of the players your trying to bring in, but I think the values are off. Not a huge fans of the lines either, but that's a whole different topic.

Cam Fowler is going to sign w/ ANA. They have had good contract talks. If anything, Sami Vatanen is going to be the odd man out
