If Bar reaches the NHL, DAL will retain 24.7% of his cap hit

If Devine accumulates either 30 points in the AHL/ECHL in 2022-2023, or if he accumulates 45 points in his junior league, the 2024 2nd round pick with become STL's 3rd round pick

If Devine accumulates 90 or more total points in the AHl/ECHL/juniors, a 2024 2nd round pick from NYI will be added to the trade

If Coghlan accumulates 10 points in NHL, the 2024 2nd round pick will become a 2025 2nd round pick

If Coghlan accumulates 25 or more NHL points, a 2023 3rd round pick from PHI will be added to the trade

If Mikkola plays in over 50% of CAR's games, the 2024 2nd round pick will become a 2025 2nd round pick

If Mikkola scores at least 5 goals and at least 20 points, a 2024 7th round pick will be added to the trade

If Andrew Peeke plays in at least 25 of CAR's games, STL will retain 12.4% of his salary

If Necas scores at least 19 goals and at least 45 points, the retained salary will increase to 50% ($1,500,000)

If Necas plays in 50% of STL's games, the 2025 2nd round pick will slide to be a 2024 3rd round pick

If Necas plays in 100% of STL's remaining regular season games, CAR's 2023 3rd round pick from PHI will be added to the trade

If STL makes the playoffs, the 2025 3rd round pick will slide to CAR's 4th round pick

If STL wins the Stanley Cup, the 2023 6th round pick is forfeited and STL receives $500,000 in compensation
