Pens decline. Zucker is killing it this year and having a much better year than Saad.

Saad for Kapanen + 2nd + 5th.
Schenn for Duchene 1 for 1 is the most you'll get. Duchene isn't playing that bad, it's not a cap dump if you're only shedding 1.5M in cap as a barely contending team for a lesser player. Jarnkrok is worth Sanford + 1rst at most. So the trade is Duchene + Sanford + 1rst for Schenn + Jarnkrok.
For the rest of the trades, you're underselling:
Tarasenko trade: I'd expect a prospect more than a 3rd (a proven prospect is more valuable)
For a team (like Edmonton) in so much need for a player like Parayko, there's no need to take on Barrie. Parayko with one year left on his contract is worth Puljujarvi + 1rst + 2nd. But Parayko has 8 years left (if I'm not mistaken), so Edmonton would have to trade Benson + something super valuable (like a A-prospect (like Tullio, Holloway, Broberg...) + high-end 3rd or an unprotected 1rst).
For O'Reilly, the minimum to start a conversation is Jarnkrok + 1rst. Then, with a little weadling, you're lucky if you only add a 4th. Then, with the retention, it's another 3rd. So it's O'Reilly for Jarnkrok + 1rst + 3rd + 4th.

These trades are all pretty bad for one team or the other and in 1-2 instances, both.

I’d like to see you try again, though.

Edmonton trade, STL Declines
Toronto trade, STL Declines
Seattle trade, SEA Declines (I think) might be ur best trade.
Pittsburgh trade, PIT Declines
Nashville trade, NSH Declines

Jarnkrok is worth Sanford + 1rst at most.

Nothing against Jarnkrok, but a 1st+ for him is an insane overpay.

Blues aren't trading Parayko. He's the #1 DFD, and if they would they aren't trading for a bunch of scraps especially Puljujärvi
Again, If toronto wants ROR, the starting point is a 1st and a prospect. Otherwise we'll keep him and toronto can lose out on a cup.
Seattle is good on RW, don't see them wanting Tank unless its to flip him to eat cap.
We just got Saad, GM's don't pick up players in FA and then flip them. It sends a message to other FA's to not sign under Armstrong.
Divisional rivals don't make trades like that. Schenn isn't worth that kind of return and especially not to Nashville
