2 great contracts for Vegas and a 2023 1st rounder which will be great for their bone dry prospect pool for a guy they can’t afford makes no sense for Vegas

Captain of the team and tied for second in the league in goals - plus one of the Canucks top prospects in their system. For two good contract depth guys and a first.

Vegas, unlike Chicago and Anaheim, are actually trying to win.
