    he won't be moved.
however, in the event he is - not happening for a rental as the only piece.

I don't think Vancouver would take back a contract like Silverberg. They might not get a 2nd for boes but I think someone will take a chance on him and his full salary for a modest return. I think Anaheim would be a good fit.

I do think it could be a good fit as I think he could look good with McTavish

I do wonder what he will eventually cost in a trade

Drury says no thanks and then offers Zac Jones for Hughes with 50% retention.

Ya it's hard to pin point. Depends how he performs in the second half and how badly Vancouver wants to create that cap space. My guess would be something like the Bjorkstrand trade (3rd + 4th).

For a team like the ducks who have some capspace and a few years of development left + extra picks around I think it would be a low risk high reward trade. Worst case you gave up a 2nd (or something similar) and Boeser doesn't bounce back and is an overpaid middle 6 winger for a couple seasons. Best case he is rejuvenated and you get a top 6 winger that can pot 30 goals for a cheap acquisition price.

I would accept that offer as the Anaheim GM.

Proper comp would be Kreider or Zib if they were expiring for Podkolzin. Horvat as a rental is easily worth a first+; what is Laf worth?

Laffy isn't available for trade so his worth is moot.
