Why is everyone giving away Dube? That's not going to make us better. Furthermore Rooney is a dump, I don't think the Blues see enough value there or other teams willingly offer better.

How about Luke Schenn for a 4th and Colton Poolman. Poolman will probably never turn into a player to play in the NHL so a 4th will be better.

Yea blues say not to that, it easily gets beat. But if not Rooney and kylignton would have to be dropped and replaced with picks/prospects since we have no need of them

Also, ROR is out for 6 weeks, it's gonna be pretty tough to tell if he's worth going after by the TDL.

Canucks pass. We'll get better offers for Schenn if we trade him.

Canucks will get a much better offer than a 27 year old AHLer and a 6th

Canucks decline. Poolman is nothing more than a career AHLer, and a 6th isn't nearly enough for Schenn. Sending him to a division rival, the ask would probably be a 2nd at minimum.
