Drury has 16 millions with 8 forwards, 4 defs and Shesterkin. If they wanna be competitive, they need to make some moves. This season shows that Rangers got problems.

Well, they are already competitive as they showed last season and are in the playoff hunt this season. If they stay in the playoff hunt, I'm sure Drury will make a few trades at the deadline, but he's not trading Laffy, or any of the other young kids or best prospects. He will do what he did last year and trade picks and B prospects.
