Description

Rangers expected to have $7M in accrued Cap space by the TDL, to make up the current deficit.

Everyone talks about playing Kane and Panarin together. But considering they are both better at distributing the puck than actually Scoring, that seems counterproductive.

Split them apart, and have them create more opportunities amongst the Top 2 lines.

I think we get more for him if he is moved but I would be very satisfied with a single 2nd rounder in the 2023 draft.

I know it’s not typical that a player is traded to another team and then re-signs with the previous team in the offseason but that is entirely a possibility. I just don’t see how it would make sense not to trade a player like Sundqvist at the deadline for a 2nd+, it’s not like he’s an irreplaceable or super integral part of this team. I mean he has been a pretty important player this season but, by no means should we sidestep moving him in the right deal.
