Using xGAA, (yes, just one stat) advanced stats say the 5 scratches are currently the worst Wings players. Technically Fabbri doesn't have enough data to determine yet, so giving him the benefit of the doubt.

So who's the next to be jettisoned either to GR or via trade?

I can absolutely appreciate that concept. Of course not everyone can throw a Pastrnak, Bergeron, Marchand line together but, if Vrana & Bertuzzi were healthy and playing regularly, Ras wouldn’t be playing in the top 6.

I am very fond of Rasmussen, I like him, I like his game, but just because you play a certain role, whether permanent or temporary, it doesn’t make you something you’re not.

It’s like Husso being out with an injury and Magnus Hellberg starting 6 games straight and puts up a 2.69 GAA and goes 2-2-2 does that make him a “starting” goaltender? No, it doesn’t.
