He was already playing for Condors so likely has nothing to do with filling a prospects slot. Likely just allows Oilers to call him up if they want a 4th liner with size instead of Ryan or Shore.

When I saw Bailey with the Sabres or Rochester, I thought he was gonna be NHLer. Never happened, But he's had a long pro career, so that 's good on him.
Maybe Justin has the hands of linebacker dad, Carleton of the Bills.
