I like your ideas in theory other than Miller.

I'd really love it if these Miller to Pens trades stopped.

so somehow you guys get the 1st OA and also retain every good player despite limited cap space and the NHL gods bless you by getting other teams to take on your cap dumps?
this is dreaming more than it is logical.

Pens decline. I wouldn't even do Zucker for Miller 1 for 1. Zucker has been great, were not trading him

Well Bedard isn't going to college.

And Bo Horvat isn't signing long term with Vancouver, When Allvin continuously low balls him.

The desperation to trade Miller before his new contract even starts is awesome.

CHL players are all ineligible to play in the NCAA because they’re considered “professionals” by NCAA standards as i believe they get some sort of stipend and are compensated in some way. that’s why canadians who want to play in college play in like the AJHL like makar or the USHL like power

Bedard could pull a Berard and chose not to play for team that drafts him.

There's going to be a new Western American junior hockey league coming that will give players an alternate path to the CHL while maintaining NCAA eligibility.

Even if Bedard wanted to go to the NCAA he isn't allowed. CHL players can't play in NCAA

Interesting theory. But how do you imagine him balancing college and Canucks? It sounds so hard. Remembering my college time, I couldn't even balance it with my entire life... Like... There is no time to eat. Only job and studying. And I'm sure sport is much harder than a job. And the main thing is you're not allowed to use the web and sources like https://ca.edubirdie.com/edit-my-paper to deal with your training as I dealt with study tasks.
