Brutal trade for Calgary. Remove Pezzetta, Poirier, and the 1st and Flames still decline

Lucic doesn't waive for Montreal.

And there's absolutely no way Josh Anderson returns a 1st round pick. He's a 20-30 point winger making 5 x $5,000,000 no sane GM is giving up a 1st round pick for that.

If Anderson was what MTL fans say he is you wouldn't try to trade him. He is not a top 6 forward but is being priced as one.
If he was what you are trying to sell him as you wouldn't trade him, and others would try to trade for him and you would all say... hell no, or no way, but you ain't...

He has 14 points in 38 games, Perron and Kubalik are on pace for 28 goals each for Detroit. Doesn't mean we'll get a 1st round pick for either.

And Boeser is on pace for 60 points yet he sucks and is cap dump that will cost multiple first round picks to dump right? Habs fans....

Don't take them too seriously, they're just Habs haters. They spend their days looking for Habs ACGM to bash on.

How much is Boeser worth then? 25 year old on pace for 60 points. Consistently puts up 20+ goals unlike Josh Anderson.

We talked about it before. They both have some value, but would be hard to move right now because of the cap situation. Unless they take back a 2-4 years cap dump.

Moving them in 2024 will be easier.

Anderson has one of the worst contracts in the entire league. You'd have to give up assets to dump him. Not get back a haul like he's a top six player.
