Description

If Kane gets his knee/hip cleaned out and is out the rest of the year and signs a 1 year extension, i'd assume toews is less likely to leave then as well. resign them both and see what happens next year. Also resign domi as he has seemingly fit in well.

Moves made to usher in the next wave on the defensive end. McCabe has been great, 2 2nd's would be tough to turn down given the depth and potential appeal of just adding a veteran piece at LHD in the offseason.

The Kings have zero interest in Alex Stalock.

They might be interested in a 1-for-1 Walker for McCabe trade, but they're not adding two 2nds. Maybe they add one 3rd.

Sabres accept. Be surprised if Chicago would do this though, atleast for that.

You clearly haven't watched McCabe this year. He's been amazing and easily the best Blackhawk this season. Trades for him start with a first round pick. He has term and with retention he's worth even more than that. Hawks also don't want or need Walker and McCabe is better.

I would trade Walker (whom you will need because you're trading Murphy) and a second for McCabe, and a 2024 fourth for the extra season.

I think that the aforementioned Murphy is worth a second and a third.

I would think the Philly pick is good, I would think they would want a decent prospect than that other pick.
