Gee in a 35 year career, Holland has made only about 33 trades. You sure have more faith in him than i do.

Not really, I don’t expect much, but I do expect to be surprised and disappointed.

I’ve heard a 1st rounder as the cost for him. It will of course depend on demand. It may end up only being one 2nd rounder, but anything better than a 3rd should be seen as a gift, IMO.

Man I’m thinking Schenn is worth a 3rd. A 1st for him is waaaayy too much. Sure he’s playing good but he’s on one of the worst teams in the league. If he was on a better team he’d be like bottom pairing

It is too much I know ideally we want a 2nd or a scaling of pick/prospect for Schenn. Also I think it would be I'll advisable to do it on Schenn Horvat probably will need retention. And OEL if they could work out a trade for him. Plus if in a trade we get an older higher paid vet like Eller/lucic need retention if swinging them to another contender.

I feel like if there are many teams interested in Schenn, the Canucks could squeeze a second round pick out of him

the Nashville deal is like the start of a bad joke. A cap dump, an AHLer and a bust walk into a bar and come out with a prospect and 2 NHL players

Did you come up with this post all by yourself?

Only benefit here to nashville would be opening up cap and roster space next season and thats only if they dont qualify puljujarvi. I think if they wanted to move on from sissons and trenin theyd try to get back some value as theyre both good utility players that can PK and sissons is a good faceoff player and can also play wing.
