The values here are all over the place, chychrun gets undersold but Keller gets 3 1st rounders.

3 1sts do be a lot but Keller has played C ad would be the perfect playmaking Center for him and at 3.575 mill for 5.5 seasons would be very very nice.

I’d prefer to do something like
      Smith+Reilly (cap dumps)
      Lohrei (B+ tier D prospect)

saying nothing about value, but the leafs arnt going to weaken their forwards to bolster their defence. They already have too many defenders.

Like it’s a lot but how often do you get the opportunity to have a bonafide 1st liner who is putting up near PPG numbers on Arizona for 3.6 mill for long term.

Really hard to pass up on. Add in the fact he’s only 24 and going from Crouse and schmaltz to krech and pasta this year and hall and pasta the year after I’m sure he would easily become a well over PPG player

yes. it also keeps the cup window open more as he is only 24. If this happened this season, Boston would probably automatically win the cup

      Marchand-Bergeron-debrusk
      Keller-krech-pasta
      Hall-coyle-Zacha

That would be gross. Teams wouldn’t even bother on offence as they’d be to focused on how to stop those lines defensively

Chychrun isn’t the right target for the Sabres

BUT…. If that’s all he’d cost, then sure- I’d absolutely do that
I think he’ll end up costing more though
Enough that i wouldn’t wanna do it

He hasn’t played C since college because he sucks there. Can’t handle the defensive aspect of it and terrible at faceoffs.
