Tatar is significantly better than Boeser this year, it's not even close. Devils decline.

Miller is not the problem. He's a PPG player who's been the scapegoat this year because Vancouver media is a joke.

Nice, Devils give up the better and cheaper player and add to him. No thanks.

By what measure? Boeser is a 0.72 ppg this season, 0.78ppg for his career . Tatar is 0.61 ppg this season, 0.58ppg for his career.
Tatar is 32 years old, 5'10" and 183 lbs compared to Boeser is 25 years old, 6'1" and 208 lbs.
You're right it's not even close. Boeser is the better player.

How silly of me to forget that points, height, weight, and age are all that make a hockey player.

How many Canucks games have you watched over the last couple of seasons? I've watched almost all of them.
Whether he is the problem or not, I'd much rather have Horvat AND Kuzmenko than Miller. Miller is 29, Horvat 27 and Kuzmenko 26. In 5 years who would you rather have?
Miller is scoring at 0.90 ppg this year, but so is Kuzmenko at 0.90 ppg and Horvat is at 1.12 ppg.
A discounted Miller can still help a team make a playoff push. The Canucks are done for the season so they have to clear cap space for next year.

No, we are not trading for Miller...we do not want his bad contract especially since we currently have a logjam at forward

Incorrect

The four categories to judge a hockey player

1. Dirty Dangles/60
2. Michigans
3. Hits
4. Flow

The Caps would look at Boeser. Wouldn't touch Miller with a 50 foot pole
