Clearly you don’t know anything about the player. He’s been playing on our top pairing for the last several games and actually leads the league in xGAR/60 for the year, ahead of guys like Erik Karlsson, Adam Fox & Rasmus Dahlin.

He’s obviously not as good as those guys, but that should tell you he absolutely is not a 7th defenseman. But yeah, shop elsewhere boss.

It’s not very likely. I would imagine Yzerman would like to extend him so, It would take an overpay for him to be moved. An overpay would be >2023 2nd round pick.

I would do that trade with Nashville if they would want to take Zaitsev back in the trade. Sens can't add 6.25 AAV just like that
