Yeah just what St Louis needs, Another $6,000,000+ LD plus Leddy and a 2nd is pretty bad value for Ivan Provorov.

There's 0 incentive for Philly to do this, if that's how bad the return would be for him they're better off literally just holding him until he walks/shipping him off as a TDL rental when his contract is expiring

Perhaps, But Philly won't. Leddy and a 2nd is nowhere close to fair value for Ivan Provorov. That offer is easily beaten.

Yes, I know Philly wouldn't. That wasn't my point, which is this exactly what the Blues need in an LD (though they certainly could get a similar guy cheaper).
