Yeah, nah. I wouldn't give a 4th or a solid G prospect (let alone both) for the rental of a backup when the team has already committed to 2 goalies for term. I wouldn't even pursue a goalie at all but, value-wise, the most I'd offer is a 6th.

For the price, I think Shattenkirk would be a decent addition. Noticed his offense production regressed this season, how's his overall game been though? Is he solid defensively?
