Agreed. However, Asplund and a pick for Laughton males a tonne of sense for both teams.

Love the Laughton fit in Buffalo. I have brought this into the thought process in an earlier ACGM I did.

Nooooo. Not at all.

I am an asplund truther, but bringing in jost seems to have relegated him

Not exactly a fan of Jost in Buffalo, honestly. His game is sound, but just not the type of bottom 6 guy the Sabres need.

As currently constructed, that bottom 6 lacks a physical element. Why I like the Laughton fit. A guy like that playing with Mittlestadt and Krebs (who has shown signs of having a bit of a physical side) could.open up ice for them (not that I would want Mittlestadt in the bottom 6, but......)

Think Hyman in Edmonton with McJesus. The right fit can do a lot of things.
