Weatherby is a 24 year old pending RFA, had a decent season playing in the NHL last year and is waivers exempt.

Criscuolo is a 30 year old pending UFA, never played more than 10 NHL games in one season and was placed on waivers last October.



The Detroit Red Wings win the trade.

Looks like a double change of scenery trade, both of them are having brutally down years in the AHL. Weatherby has 6 points in 39 games..... woof.
