$2.6m in cap space and with 16 players signed for next season. Nope from MN.

Guys like Greenway, Goligoski, Foligno will end up getting traded. They’ve all been virtually non factors all season. players like Beckman and Rossi will be taking over roster spots while still on ELCs. They’d be just fine.

I actually agree with you, but I don’t think Boeser is the player/contract to move them for.

Half a month ago Wild fans were biting my head off for suggesting Greenway be traded. They labeled him untouchable and chose him over Fiala lol

Some of those guys will likely be moved, but yeah, it won't be to take on a winger. They'll need to either replace or give a raise to players like Addison, Gaudreau, Reaves, and Gustavvson. If a center on a good contract becomes available, I think they'd look at finding a way to make that fit also. They've already spent the money they save letting Dumba walk on Boldy and still need to replace his roster spot. I just can't see a reasonable way to make Boeser fit.

Foligno + Greenway > Boser and cost slightly less. Boser is an overpaid, injury prone, 1 dimensional player.

Rossi needs to be traded and become someone else future bust. Beckman shouldn't be near the NHL.

Reaves won’t/shouldn’t be back…and definitely not for more money!

He seems to be good for the locker room and Guerin is definitely a "good for the locker room" type of GM so I wouldn't rule him out if the money can work. Either way, they'd need to replace him if they don't bring him back.

I wouldn’t pay him a penny over the league veteran minimum!
