Ditch both firsts. Boeser doesn’t have value.

Boeser isn't worth much unless he comes with retention.

Bruins don’t have a lot in the cupboard so the two first rounders are probably all they would want to give up rather than a prospect.

Just compared Jake DeBrusk to Brock Boeser… 🤔 same amount of career games

Bruins likely hang up the phone as Boeser for two 1sts is silly. They need to resign Pasta and keep their draft capital.

One of those 1st’s is just to dump reilly and smith, the other is to acquire Boeser. Clifton for vancouvers 3rd. Boston still has to add atleast a 2nd for Schenn.

And then look at this season. Debrusk is so much better. Boeser is basically a neutral value asset at this point.

Boeser doesn’t get a first. Maybe a fourth. Reilly’s buyout next year is 300K, and Smith for one year doesn’t cost nearly that much to move. Clifton has as much if not more value than schenn.

This trade is closer if you take out both firsts than it is as is.
