Trades
1.
CAR
  1. Henrique, Adam
  2. Kulikov, Dmitry
Additional Details:
I understand Henrique isn’t a distressed asset but I don’t think he matches Anaheim’s time line.
ANA
    Cost?
    2.
    CAR
    1. Boeser, Brock
    2. Dermott, Travis
    Additional Details:
Boeser is the epitome of distressed asset we target. Could be garland instead as he plays a better defensive game
    VAN
What is one of their costs with Dermott?
      3.
      CAR
      1. Provorov, Ivan
      Additional Details:
We could go completely in the opposite direction and get this distressed asset. Doesn’t make sense to us but that is the Canes mgmt style
      PHI
        What is his cost?

Just from an Anaheim perspective...Rico continues to be the most consistent Duck at both ends of the ice. We've seen a number of Henrique (50% retained for 1.5 years) for a 1st that have had better than normal (for this place) response.

With Kulikov (again, 50% retention), I'd expect a 3rd back, and I feel like whoever gets him gets the deal of the deadline. You're not getting anything flashy, but when it comes to the Ducks D so far this year, IMO he's been the best (Which isn't saying much considering the Eakins-effect).

The Philly 3rd for Dermott probably gets that done. Or maybe a Coghlan swap

Maybe Boeser with some retention. Only thing is we need LW's now more than RW's. Anyway Kulikov or Dermott would be good targets imo.

Retention isn’t needed anymore and unlikely we pay for 2.5 seasons of retention either.
